Lippert Components 358601 Replacement Remote & Charger Pin

Question:

I have purchased a replacement Remote #358601 for my Keystone Cougar and when I programed in following the correct instructions, I got one function in the wrong place so I went through the configuration again and now the remote is not communicating with the receiver. I also noticed during configuring that a pin number is required for the fuse configuration, but am unable to find this anywhere. Is there any default resets for both the remote and the receiver. You are supposed to pick a 3 digit pin during your intial setup. The app would not already have the pin set. The pin on your LCI remote item # LC358601 can be reset by following these simple steps. Press "home" button to turn on transmitter. Then press and release "home" button 5 times. Then press "config". The screen will ask you if you want to reset the screen lock PIN code. The screen will also confirm when the PIN has been reset. I have attached a picture detailing the instructions for resetting your pin. Once you have your pin reset you should be able to program your remote and receiver.
