Does it Matter Where the 40 amp Circuit Breaker # 9510 is Mounted

Question:
Doesnt matter where the circuit breaker is mounted? For instance does it need to be mounted to a rubber surface or can it be mounted directly to the frame?

As long as the mounting location you choose for the 40 am Circuit Breaker # 9510 is in a safe area away from the elements and moving parts it would not matter if it got mounted to a frame or a rubber surface.
