The connector pictured is not the correct one for the black module of the Tekonsha T-One Wiring Harness # 118778 to install into.
The correct one will be located behind the access door in the driver side of the rear cargo area in your 2019 Honda Ridgeline, and can be seen in the included picture as the 12-pin grey connector. You will find it in the center of cubby and it will not be connected to anything.
I went ahead and included a link to the written instructions for you to take a look at.

Samuel, After reading everyone's comments and digging more, I found the connector behind sound proofing insulation. However, I still would like some answers on this rely problem that is sometime there. I was going to install the 4-pin connector if that makes a difference. Thanks.

I am looking to buy a wiring harness kit for my 2019 Ridgeline, but I want to make sure I can figure out the installation plan first. I still cannot find the wiring harness connection point described above. I found the "incorrect" connector from the original person who asked the question under/behind the back seat. When you say rear cargo area are you referring to the one in the bed of the truck? I do not see any access panels inside there. Second question: this relay that I may or may not need to purchase from the dealer. 1. can you give me specifics to find out if I have one already there or not. Is it certain years that Honda decided to install them? and (2) if I need to buy the relay, a honda part number. Thanks, Jim
