Replacement Converter Section for Progressive Dynamics Distribution Panel PD4560K12LS8

Question:

Good afternoon, I had a question about a rv converter model # PD4560K12LS8 replacement. About two months ago my rv battery went out on my 2019 Wildcat 290RL fifth wheel so I replaced it with a marine/ rv deep cycle std. Approximately 2 to 3 days later my battery went dead. So I got on Progressive Dynamics website and it states that the replacement converter is PD4560A “PD4560CSV ???”. So I bought it and already replaced it already two other times and my battery keeps going dead. Can you please let me know if I bought the right converter and battery please? I’m running out of options and I already checked all my fuses, unhooked the wires from the new battery to make sure it’s holding a charge and changed my breaker out with a new one. I never had any problems until I changed the old battery. And in West, Texas your limited on hiring a rv tech to come work on your camper due to the demand. Thank you in advance!

The correct replacement converter section for a Progressive Dynamics Distribution Panel PD4560K12LS8 is the Replacement Converter Section for Progressive Dynamics 4500 Series RV Power Control Center part # PD4560CSV.

Unfortunately, if you continue to have issues with the battery and converter you'll need to have the trailer checked out by a qualified RV technician.
