Question:

I need to haul my Honda EU7000is generator on a cargo hauler via rear hitch. What hitch will be best for this application? Generator weight is 265lbs

The best RV hitch we have is the Curt multi fit hitch part # 13703 which fits all RV frame designs that have frame channels between 22 and 72 inches apart measured from outside to outside. This has a 350 lb tongue weight capacity.

Or another option is a cargo carrier that was designed to fit directly to the rear bumper of the RV with the part # e99050.

To go the hitch route though I would recommend a cargo carrier that does not fold as that will give it additional integrity for the rougher ride quality found at the rear of RVs like the Curt # C18152.
