The best way would be replacing the current 7-way connector at the junction box and installing a longer harness.
The junction box should be located not too far behind the coupler of your 2018 Rockwood A-Frame camper and will be on the inside of the A-frame.
I recommend going with the 7-Way Molded Connector w/ 18' Cable - Trailer End # 50-67-106 which will be plenty long to clear the 9' deck on your trailer and it can be cut down to the exact length you want/need. Just make sure to not make it too short that when you turn it gets pulled on.
You will need to use 7 of the ring terminals # 44-5310A to be able to install the harness in your junction box.
The reason I like this method instead of an adapter harness such as the # 50-67-210 or # TLW6510 is that there is only one connection point where the connector plugs in to the 7-way connector on your tow vehicle. On the adapter harness you have two connection points which is just adding additional locations to possibly have problems.
I included a video of the # 50-67-106 being installed for you to take a look at.
