Question:
I have a 2022 Chevy Bolt EV and really want a trailer hitch receiver. I currently have a bike rack with a 2" receiver so if there is a trailer hitch that will work with that I would prefer that option.

We have exactly what you are looking for.
You will need to go with the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7359 which is a confirmed fit for your 2022 Chevy Bolt EV and gives you the 2" receiver you were wanting. This hitch has a 300lb tongue weight rating so it will be perfect for carrying your bike rack.
To make sure the bike rack you have will fit, you will need to measure from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest edge of the bike rack. Since the EcoHitch measures 3" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the outward edge of the rear bumper, your bike rack will need to have a measurement of 3-1/2" or more to not have clearance issues.
I included an installation video of the # 306-X7359 for you to take a look at.
