Replacement 145R12C Wheel and Tire for Yacht Club Trailer

Question:

Ive got 145R12C tires on my Yacht Club trailer. I need to replace 1 tire. Can I replace it with a 5.30x12 530-12 load range C tire? Or what else can i replace it with. the trailer has 2 axles and 4 tires. No one in CNY has the tire size in stock and they are all being back ordered.
