I do have a solution for you, but since the Power Gear 500457 and 500456 are obsolete you will need to replace the controller and keypad. To do this you'll need the Replacement Lippert Power Gear Manual Leveling Control Kit # LC359259. This will get your system back up and running while also upgrading it to the current design.
