Does this have a shut off function so you can stop water while soaping up? Does it increase water pressure?

Yes, I confirmed with my tech at Phoenix Faucets that the Phoenix Faucets RV Handheld Shower Set w/ Flow Controller - 3 Function # PF276053 includes a flow controller that can lower the flow or shut it all the way off. In addition, the shower set does not have anything specific to increase water pressure during use.

However, if you are looking for better water pressure overall, I recommend the Phoenix Faucets Airfusion RV Handheld Shower Set w/ Flow Controller # PF276048. The Airfusion includes a simple bolt-on installation with all included hardware. Also, it has the ability to conserve water while soaping up just like the RV Handseld Shower Set.
