In order to improve the towing experience with your 2014 Toyota Sienna, I recommend the Air Lift 1000 Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs - Rear # AL60732. With your vehicle you likely won't be towing all the time, and this system is perfect for that because you can adjust the bags according to your load and it will not affect your unloaded ride quality. On the other hand, jounce springs like Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TTORSEN04 could possibly affect your unloaded ride quality and make it rougher on bumps when you don't need it to be. Also the jounce springs cannot be adjusted per load level like the Air Helper Springs can.
The Air Helper Springs kit includes everything necessary for installation and use, however, I highly suggest grabbing the Air Lift Air Shock Controller Compressor System # AL25804 as well. This allows you to adjust your bags from the cab of your vehicle, whereas without this compressor system you would need to air up the bags at the rear of your vehicle with a compressor every time they needed adjusted. Also one last thing to note, suspension enhancement systems will not increase your vehicle's towing capacity and you should never exceed your vehicle's or hitch's limit. It looks like your 2014 Sienna is rated for 3,500lbs towing capacity, but you can verify in your owner's manual.
If you plan on doing quite a bit of towing, then your vehicle may benefit from also adding a transmission cooler such as Flex-a-lite Transmission Cooler - Plate and Fin - 17 Row - Barbed Fitting # FLX400117. This will make sure you transmission does not get overheated and overworked when towing.
