The information on how much weight your 2011 Toyota Sienna can carry should be in the owners manual. From what I found the front wheel drive version can carry 1,325 pounds to 1,660 pounds inside the vehicle. The all wheel drive version can carry 1,190 pounds to 1,375 pounds inside the vehicle.
A rough estimate based on the weights you have given is a total of around 1,400 pounds. If you have a front wheel drive model then you should be fine. But on an all wheel drive model you will have to lighten the load before carrying that much weight.
In either case you will benefit from a transmission cooler and even suspension enhancement. The most popular transmission cooler for the 2011 Toyota Sienna is # D13503. I have linked an FAQ on transmission coolers for you.
For suspension enhancement I recommend the Timbren springs # TTORSEN04. These springs will provide a better ride when loaded and will increase the life of the vehicle suspension. I have linked instructions and an FAQ for you.

I have a 2011 Toyota XLE AWD navi with tow prep package. I am currently shopping around for a tow hitch class 3 w 2 receiver. Also, I am interested in towing something in the near future to the maximum allowable tow weight by the manufacturer. Can you please tell me what that amount is, and if I will benefit from a weight distribution system? I am interested in the blue ox line pro sway. Any advice and information would much be appreciated. Thanks!
