Can Erickson wheel chock be mounted with Lag bolts. I dont have access to the bottom of my toy hauler.

Yes the Erickson ATV E-Track Tie-Down Kit w/ Ratchet Straps and Wheel Chocks # EM09160 can be installed with lag bolts. It's really up to the application and your best judgment on how best to install this kit and lag bolts would work just fine.
