Hello, everybody. This is Jeff from etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this ABS Fasteners bar style tamper-proof door latch with a 45 inch long pipe for enclosed trailers. Now this is a cam action bar style door latch. Has the pre-installed pipe, so it's ideal for side or small rear doors on your utility trailers, your vans, or your trucks. Now the hasp that this latch will lock into is sold separately.
And we mentioned the overall pipe length from this end to this end is 45 inches. A handle itself, you can see the handle, is gonna be 14 inches in length. Has a nice black rubber grip on the end, so it keeps your hand from slipping in any wet conditions. And the construction on the latch, it is a rust and corrosion resistant, clear coated zinc coating. The mounting hardware to install this to your trailer is not included.
You would've to supply that. Now, this length is a 45 inch pipe. It is also available in other lengths. You can get it in a 24 inch, 36 inch and 55 inch length. But that should do it for a look at this ABS Fasteners bar style tamper-proof door latch with the 45 inch long pipe for enclosed trailers.

Did nit fit had to drill new holes
Just as described. This latch is perfect for side doors that do not close flush with the sidewall because of the rubber molding. Well built and smooth hinge operation.
They seem sturdy. However, installation was not as seamless as I had hoped. The holes didn’t line up, so I had to ring them out to get the bolts to align. Otherwise, I think they should work good.
Good quality fast shipping would buy from them again.
The universal bolts should be sent with the hardware!
Latch is fine, fitment could be better with factory latch holes.

2 things. 1st, the cap it 1 end was broken so water can get in and cause rust. 2nd, may be on me, but I wish your fine print would have informed me better that the Hasp is not included. I would have saved buying this as all inclusive from a different vender.
