Does Trailer Tire Size 225/75-15 Fit Rim Widths of 5 and 6 inches

My horse trailer has 225-R75-15 tires on it. The bolt pattern is 5 holes on 4 1/2 spacing. I do not know if the rims are 5inch or 6inch wide. Which of your wheels are the correct fit - your AM20422 or your AM20522?
