The Titan Hydraulic Brake Kit - Free Backing - Galphorite - 10" - Left/Right Hand - 3,750 lbs # T4423500-400 will just be the brakes. If you are needing to replace your drums as well, etrailer.com Easy Grease Trailer Hub/Drum Assembly for 3.5K Axles - 10" Diameter - Galvanized # AKHD-545-35-G-EZ-K will mate to the # T4423500-400 without issues.
It should be noted that the # AKHD-545-35-G-EZ-K will use an inner bearing # L68149, outer bearing # L44649, and will have a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern, so I do suggest double checking to make sure these will match your current drums.
