The Demco Surge Brake Actuator # DM8609101 you were looking at has mounting holes that are 3" apart from the front hole to the second hole, 9-1/2" apart from the second hole to the last hole, and 12-1/2" apart between the front and rear holes as you can see in the included diagram.
