Question:
Have a 2016 Ram 2500, crew cab, 4wd, short bed with an AUH. Towing a 33foot fifth wheel with a 1600 lb pin weight. The ride is awful. Will be installing a Morryde Rubber pin Box to help with chucking. Would like to know if these Sumo Springs are the best choice to help with bouncy ride? Really would like to stay away from air bags if possible.

For your 2016 Ram 2500 I recommend the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-312-54. The SumoSprings are a great choice to help with a bouncy ride.
These springs minimize sway, cushion bumps and shocks, and also have a minimal impact when you aren't towing so you don't experience a stiff ride without your fifth wheel. With a tongue weight of 1,600 lbs I recommend the springs with a weight capacity of 2,800 lbs. There should be no need for air bags, and unlike air bags these are maintenance free.
I have attached a review video of the springs for your reference.
