You are looking for the Mounting Bracket # 150-10 and Peterson Clearance and Side Marker Trailer Light # M150A. With these 2 pieces you get the 2 wire version of the Peterson Light Kit # 2250A.
If you need the 2-wire pigtails there is a 6" Pigtail # 142-49 or a 19" Pigtail # B142-50 to choose from.
