It looks like the 2019 Shasta Phoenix 298RLS has a length of 33.84 feet (406 inches), so I recommend using the Adco SFS AquaShed RV Cover for 5th Wheel Toy Hauler - Up to 34' Long - Gray # 290-52255 since it's designed to provide the best available protection for your coach.
The Adco Tyvek All-Climate cover has multiple zippered openings to allow access to the coach while in storage and it comes with tire covers to keep those protected as well; UV rays are one of the worst things for sitting tires and these will help offer protection to those as well for some added peace of mind.
