I am looking for this light and it needs to be clear and it needs to be AC power or DC power. SAE R 97 DOT

The SAE number isn't typically a great way to track down replacement lights as it's not a part number so I don't know exactly what light you are looking for but the Optronics light part # BU70CB that you referenced is a clear light that is DC powered.
You would need a grommet part # A70GB to mount it and then also the 2 prong wiring harness # A45CB.
