Will the Firestone F4160 Front Air Springs fit an F-350 With an Aftermarket Leveling Kit?

Question:

Will these work on the front springs of a 2019 superduty with a ready lift coil spacer leveling kit? Still have quite a bit of sag with my snowplow up would like to use thes in the winter to prevent sagging

I can confirm that the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs # F4160 will fit a 2019 Ford F-350. However, these are designed for use with stock suspension and we cannot say whether or not they can be used with aftermarket parts. This does not mean they will not fit, but again, I just cannot say they will for sure.
