Does The Arm Length Need To Be The Same On Each Side?

Some awnings have adjustments that will make the arms different lengths. This is for water run off and or to get the shade where you would like it. It seems like you have an awning like that. The Solera Awning # LC434724 has three sets of holes that you can use when assembling to get the desired result. It will retract correctly in any of the configurations. You can adjust it so it's the same as your old set up if need be. That being said, this awning will work for you even if you don't want to adjust the arms to different lengths.
