The correct Thule TracRac SR sliding truck bed ladder rack for a 2018 Ford F250 long bed is part # TH43003XT-000. I've linked to a product demonstration/install video showing the rack being installed.

The TracRac SR ladder rack has generous 1250 lb capacity so you'll likely run out of stuff to put up there before you run out of capacity. The rack uprights can be slid fore and aft to adjust for all kinds of different length loads. One really convenient feature- the sliding rails sit completely atop the tops of the bed sides. If you want to install a tonneau cover, this would be one of the few ladder racks that would be compatible as long as you choose a tonneau that mounts to the inside of the bed sides and doesn't extend over the top of the bed sides like # BAK49ZR.
