One of the easiest tell-tale signs whether you have an HD model 2007 Chevy Silverado Z21 is if the wheels have an 8-lug nut pattern. If it does have that pattern, then your vehicle is an HD model. If it does not have an 8-lug nut pattern, then it is not an HD model Z21.
