The stop light switch circuit on a 2019 Toyota Highlander which will be needed to install a brake controller like the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90195 can be found by testing the bundle of wires attached to the brake pedal. The one you're looking for should only have power while the pedal is depressed. We don't have access to wire color info. Please note, you will also need the Pigtail Wiring Harness with Diode for Tekonsha and Draw-Tite Brake Controllers part # 7865 for this vehicle.
If you don't want to mess with finding the stop light switch circuit you can always go with the Curt Echo Mobile Brake Controller part # C51180.
