Can Primus IQ 90160 Brake Controller Install on 2019 Ford Ranger

Question:
I purchased a Primus IQ 90160 and wiring harness for a 2013 Honda Pilot. Before I was able to install it I traded the Honda for a 2019 Ford Ranger. My question is will the 90160 work on my Ford Ranger and if so which wiring harness do I need to order for the Ranger? Thanks.

Yes the Primus IQ part # TK90160 can be used on your 2019 Ford Ranger and actually doesn't require anything else to install since your truck has brake controller wiring already ran under the dash.
The 4 trailer brake controller wires are sticking out of the large wire harness that goes through the driver's side firewall, left of the brake pedal, with shrink tubing on the ends.
