I would like to go ahead and replace the axle on the trailer. It has a hub face measurement of 56-1/2".

Typically on a trailer the only part that has a speed rating is the tire itself, though you will need to contact the manufacturer of the trailer to confirm this.

Based on the tag shown in your picture your trailer uses a 4.80-12 so for a high speed replacement we have the Taskmaster 4.80R12 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range C # TT48012C which will be an exact replacement, but has an 81 MPH speed rating.

Should you find that the hub has a speed rating, just let me know the bearing combination and I would be happy to check if there is a compatible higher rated hub though harbor freight trailers typically use a very odd bearing combination.

I would be happy to help! We do not have an axle that has the 56-1/2" hub face to hub face measurement your current axle has, but we do have an axle-less option that will work. I recommend the Timbren Axle-less # ASR2000S01 which have a 2000lb rating which is plenty for the 1195lb capacity of your trailer. This option bolts directly to the frame of your trailer and replaces your current leaf spring suspension with progressive rate AEON main springs that do a fantastic job of of absorbing road shock giving you quite the upgrade of your current suspension. What you found is a DOT number and not a speed rating. I was able to figure out which tire you have and it's a Loadstar 4.80-12 that has a 65 mph speed rating. In this size we have a tire that can go 81 mph as part #TT48012C.
