If you need the smaller top cradle then you can go with Replacement Cradle Assembly for Thule Kayak Carrier - Top # 7521771001. If you happen to also need the larger bottom cradle then the correct part is Replacement Cradle Assembly for Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier - Bottom # 7521772001.

Keep in mind, the smaller top cradle does not come with the pad, so if you need one then go with Replacement 6" Pad # 853-5540.
