To switch out the old one you need to get into the lock and take out the old one. How do you do that?

I have a solution for you. If you need replacement keys for the Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202, the only way to get the exact replacement you need is by providing the 4-character code on the lock core. If you do not have access to the core, the only other option is to replace the cores completely. For new lock cores, I recommend the Thule One-Key System Cylinders # TH450200. With these cores, you will be able to switch out the old ones and have keys for the new ones.
