Hi, can you tell me what the dial should be set for for my Thule Gateway Pro 2 on a 2015 Kia Soul please? I can’t find the dial settings page on Thule’s website anywhere! Thank you

Your Thule Gateway Pro 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms, part # TH88VR, should be set to fit dial 11 for your 2015 Kia Soul. If you ever need to find that information you can go to Thule's website and enter your vehicle information in the Fit My Car form. Once there, if you pick a rack there will be a Fit Information you can click. Your vehicle specific fit information can be found there.

I can help you with that. On the Thule Gateway Pro 2 #TH88VR you'll want to use setting 9 on the dial to get the arms of the Gateway Pro 2 into the correct positioning for your 2017 BMW X1.
