Question:
Just purchased a 6 ft by 14 foot double axle utility trailer with a gate. What size waterproof tarp cover would I need?

Expert Reply:
I recommend the Erickson Industrial-Grade Truck/Trailer Tarp # EM57044. This tarp is 10' X 16' giving you extra material to cover the sides of the trailer as well. It uses a heavy duty 14x14 nylon weave and has a polyethylene laminate to help protect against water and UV rays. Brass eyelets and steel D-rings run along the outer edges for multiple tie-down points.
The Erickson Tarp Tie-Down Strap # EM06702 is 18" long and the rubber design will not break down as easily as bungee cord straps.
