Yakima Sweetroll vs Yakima Deckhand for a 2021 Hobie Compass Kayak

I was wondering which of these saddle kayak racks fits the shape best for my Hobie compass. I know the Sweetroll has the rotating axis paddle whereas the Deckhand is fixed. I plan on getting the Show Boat 66 in tandem in loading this large kayak on the roof of my 2005 Subaru Outback. I am coming from a Yakima Jaylow setup and its been difficult loading a large pedal drive boat on its side.

Since your biggest concern is how well the saddles would fit the hull shape of your Hobie Compass I would recommend the Yakima SweetRoll Kayak Carrier # Y04074 since the saddles can tilt to match perfectly to the hull of the kayaks it carries. This also will work great with the Yakima Showboat 66 # Y04068 you are planning on getting as well.
