Replacment Slide-Out Motor For Power Gear 522176

Question:
Looking to replace a Powergear slide out motor, PN 522176W for a 2003 Country Coach Allure. From research, it appears this part may have been changed to a new part number Powergear 523983 or Lippert 383745. Any tips? Thanks!

From what I was able to find, the Power Gear 522176 was actually the direct replacement for the Power Gear 523983.
What I can confirm is that the Lippert 383745 you mentioned is the same motor (just with a different part number) as the 522176, and we do have the Lippert motor:
