You want a better view behind you, but you're not looking to add an extra screen inside your vehicle. This touchscreen rear view mirror gives you a full LCD camera display right on the mirror. Just add your own camera, and you're set.
If you want better rear visibility and prefer using a rear view mirror, this upgrade is for you. The standard-size mirror includes a built-in full LCD screen that turns on when you touch it. To get the full benefit of the display, just add your own rear camera (sold separately). And if you want, you can hook up two more cameras in another location (like the cargo area or side of your vehicle) as well. The mirror connects to either camera using 4-pin aviation connections.
This mirror solves another issue that frustrates most drivers. The auto-dimming feature cuts glare from bright headlights at night, making your drive safer and less stressful.

Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Brandmotion digital two input mirror. Now this digital two input mirror is gonna be a versatile upgrade for you if you're looking to enhance the rear visibility in your vehicle. And so this is going to be especially great for you if you tow trailers frequently, if you carry large cargo, or if you have obstructions that hinder your rear view. Now this is going to replace your standard rear view mirror with a 9.66 inch full HD screen.
So you're gonna get a clear unobstructed view from your connected cameras. And I have this connected to power. Let me go ahead and power this up real quick just so you can see what this is going to look like when it's powered on. Obviously I don't have this connected to any cameras, so you're just gonna see a blue screen. But I just wanted to give you an idea of what this was going to look like even with my bright studio lights on here.
So I'm gonna go ahead and power this up with the power button. You saw the logo there when the power powered this up initially, but so you see the blue screen and obviously if I had this connected to a camera, you would have a view there, but it says channel two there. And then when I hit this bottom button, I'm gonna automatically go to channel one. So that's how easy this is going to be to switch between your connected cameras. And this has the always on digital observation.
So that's gonna give you a continuous video feed, that's gonna enhance safety for you during driving and parking, since this is gonna always be on. And the display brightness is 800 candelas per square meter. And what that means for you is this is a high brightness rating. Typical indoor monitors and TVs range from 200 to 350 candelas per square meter. So this level is going to help maintain a clear visibility even in direct sunlight.
And if you wanna power this off, you'll just hold that power button down briefly. That's gonna turn it off. And so now you see that this is going to retain that normal mirror functionality. When that display is off, it is equipped with an anti-glare screen, that's gonna help minimize reflections and improve visibility. And so this is going to support two cameras via the four pin aviation connectors. That's going to allow you to of course monitor different angles such as the rear and maybe a side view. So if you don't already have them, this will require a separate purchase of those cameras that are gonna be compatible with those connectors. So let me just go ahead and turn this around so you can get the view of the rear of this mirror. So this includes everything that you see here. You're gonna get the mirror, you're going to get the windshield mirror mount. You're gonna get this harness. I have it connected obviously, just to kind of give you an a view of what this is gonna look like powered on. Again, hold that button down and then that's going to bring this mirror, the screen back on. So it's gonna be very easy to power up. And again, I really like how it's gonna be very easy to change between the different camera views. Some cable ties here as well. So if you're seeking to enhance your vehicle's rear visibility with a reliable and versatile system, I think this is going to be a practical solution for you. Again, the dual input capability and the high definition display is gonna be suitable for various applications, whether it's just gonna be your daily driving or if you are towing. Now, if you do decide to pick this up, we'd love to hear back from you regarding your experience with getting this installed and using it so you can share those experiences with us by dropping a comment or leaving a review. If you have any other additional questions, don't hesitate to give us a call. We'd love to hear from you and I'd love to help you out further if need be. Well, that's gonna wrap up our look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
