These lights are great but I would really like a red one to match my other two. With or without turn signal. Is there such a thing?

I have another option for you, but the Miro-Flex LED Trailer Clearance Light # OPT78FR you were looking at is not available with a red lens.
The closest option with a red lens is the LED Clearance or Side Marker Light w/ Reflector # MCL76RB which measures 5-13/16" long x 2" wide and mounting holes that are 4-13/16" apart on center as you can see in the included diagram.
