My 2021 Tab 320 came with a Dometic Fan-Tastic Fan Model FV1250. Can this be upgraded with an upgrade kit?

Yes. Your Fan-tastic Vent FV1250 can be upgraded with the Fan-Tastic Vent 7350 Series Upgrade Kit # FV807359 as long as your FV1250 isn't the clamp on style connection to the coach roof. I was able to confirm this with the manufacturer for you, as well.
