Replacement Bathroom Vent for 2019 Lance 2185 Travel Trailer

Question:

Since I want to replace the standard tiny vent in the bathroom it looks I also need to buy the motor of the fan as well as the drive for the lid. Could you please confirm and let me know the order number and price?

The # FV807357 Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent Assembly Upgrade Kit will work for your 2019 Lance 2185 Travel Trailer if the opening meets the requirements. In order to install this vent, you must have a 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" opening approximately in the trailer's roof and ceiling and the roof can be no more than 4" thick.

These are standard dimensions for a vent opening. If this does not work for you please send measurements and I will do my best to find a solution.

The correct fan motor comes as the entire assembly. It is the # FVK8017-00 Replacement Fan Motor Assembly Kit for Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent Fans. This kit has the motor, fan, and bow-tie mounting bracket. The motor to lift the lid using the lift arm comes with the # FV807357 upgrade kit. The upgrade kit is also missing the dome. There are two options for replacement domes. The # FVK1020-19 is the tinted version and then the # FVK1020-81 is the solid white version. Should you need it one day, we do sell replacement lift motors as well. I have attached a review of the dome and fan kit for your reference.
