Since I want to replace the standard tiny vent in the bathroom it looks I also need to buy the motor of the fan as well as the drive for the lid. Could you please confirm and let me know the order number and price?

The # FV807357 Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent Assembly Upgrade Kit will work for your 2019 Lance 2185 Travel Trailer if the opening meets the requirements. In order to install this vent, you must have a 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" opening approximately in the trailer's roof and ceiling and the roof can be no more than 4" thick.
These are standard dimensions for a vent opening. If this does not work for you please send measurements and I will do my best to find a solution.
