Do you have this with the 17foot chain and grab hook?

I may have an option for you, but we do not have a 17' ratcheting chain with a grab hook.
Instead we do have the Titan Chain Ratchet Tie-Down Strap with Double J-Hooks - 2" x 20' - 3,333 lbs # TCLR22021-2 which is a 20' version of the # 317-310800 you were looking at and has the same 3333lb capacity.
In addition we have a 20' Transport Chain w/ Grab Hooks # TCG70-8-20 which can be used with the Titan Chain Lever Type Load Binder # TCLB8.
