Yes the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount # BWTS10037B would fit the 2 inch hitch of your 2021 GMC Sierra 1500. Now if you had the GM MultiPro tailgate you'd instead want the part # BW44FR which was designed for clearing that.
