How far below hitch opening will the 2-5/16 ball be hanging with the 2 ball mounted at the lowest 5 setting on the BandW TS10037B?

The B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount part # BWTS10037B will measure 9.5" from the top of the shank to the bottom of the hitch ball while in the lowest settings.
