After doing some research and locating the owners manual for your 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan you are not able to flat tow this vehicle. According to the owners manual the options for towing this vehicle are to tow it on a trailer, so all 4 tires are off of the ground. Or you can use a tow dolly such as the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes # RM-2050-1. This dolly has sliding ramps that adjust side-to-side from 34" to 77" to fit most vehicles.
The dolly has a maximum weight capacity of 4,250 pounds so you would want to confirm that your vehicle is under that weight. This can be accomplished by taking your vehicle to a commercial scale to weigh it.
This dolly has lights for braking, turning and running. The dolly has the wires already available, you would just need to get the appropriate 5-way, 6-way or 7-way connector depending on the wiring hook up that is on your RV in order to get the lights up and running. I have an option for each depending on what connector your RV has.
