While I was unable to confirm the exact dimensions of the Norcold 1200LRIM, I think your current refrigerator to be 63-1/4 inches tall, 32-11/16 inches wide, and 24 inches deep. Please confirm this.

The Everchill RV refrigerator with freezer drawer at 17 Cu Ft, 12Volt in stainless steel, # WAY44FR that you reference has an overall dimensions of 28-1/2" wide x 67-3/4" tall x 28-1/2" deep. So while a little taller it is slightly narrower, this is a 12 volt refrigerator that will run off your battery bank when not connected to shore power.
