Question:

We had our monitor stolen from our truck. We ordered the 4.3 replacement monitor from you. Can’t get them to pair. Took the camera out a d have both hooked in the factory plug. Even tried hooking the camera wire to battery to make sure had 12 volts.

The Replacement 4.3" Monitor # FR77FR is specific to only the Furrion Vision S Camera # FCN48TASF. If you have one of the older Vision 1 or 2 cameras you will not be able to pair with the new monitor. This sounds like what is causing you to have issues as the only other reason would be that the camera was somehow damaged.

As long as the light comes on when you plug in the camera to show that the unit is getting power and light flashes when you attempt to pair the only explanation is the camera and monitor are not compatible.

Currently the older monitors and cameras are obsolete so if you lose either part you will need to replace both with the Vision S segment of equipment.

The Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System # FOS43TASF is a complete kit that has the correct monitor and camera if your older Vision 1 or 2 camera or monitor is damaged or lost.
