I have a 2013 Fleetwood Bounder that I want to replace my electric steps with manual steps. Can this be done?

Yes, you can change the steps on your RV from electric to manual. You would just need to take some measurements after deciding what style you prefer.
You can look at steps like the SolidStep Manual Fold-Down Steps # LC791574. This style of step would require to take measurements of the doorway width and entry height. This style folds up into your RV behind the door.
You can also look at steps like the Lippert Manual Pull-Out Step for RVs # LC432682. This style of step would mount underneath your door where your current steps are located. They would require you to measure the mounting bracket width and entry height. You may need the Lippert Outriggers for Manual RV Steps # LC301704 if your old steps are longer or wider than the new ones.
