I have 2018 flagstaff, my mounting width is 27 inches on total side to side. will the 27 1/2 width 4 step aluminum fit?

The closest RV step we offer to 27 inches in width is the Flexco triple step # SMFP-3200L that measures 27-1/8 inches in total width.
You might need the outriggers part # LC301704 to move the brackets out to install the steps if yours is 27 inches wide.
