Hey Rex, in the past we have confirmed with other customers who have your 2014 Thor Palazzo 33.2 that it has a Kwikee 28 series step so for a replacement you'd want the # LC3747453. Is that what you have currently? If not, email me a picture or give me some part numbers off of it and I'll see what you'd need.
