The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Fixed Arms Item # 1437-3 will connect to your Roadmaster Falcon 5250 tow bar but they were specifically designed for 2007-2010 Jeeps with a Rugged Ridge XHD bumper.
I spoke with a Roadmaster tech and another option is to first ensure your bumper is capable of towing your vehicle and then use a D-Ring Adapter like the D-Ring Bumper Mounts to Roadmaster Tow Bars - 1" Thick Item # RM-035-1 or D-Ring Bumper Mounts to Roadmaster Tow Bars - 3/4" Thick Item # RM-035.
