Will Timbren Spring, Part # TGMRCK25S, Fit 2009 GMC Sierra with Turnover Ball and 5th Wheel Hitch

Question:

I have the BandW turnover ball hitch installed in this truck that also has the companion fifth weel hitch that sets in the bed. Will the TGMRCK25S work with that hitch installed? 99 of the hitch is under the bed..

My contact at Timbren confirmed that their Rear Suspension Enhancement System, part # TGMRCK25S, will work with your 2009 GMC Sierra that is equipped with a BandW turnover ball and 5th wheel hitch. Since this kit installs in the same location as the stock bump stops (which are removed) there will be no clearance issues with your hitches.

This kit includes the rubber springs, mounting brackets and required hardware and installs without drilling.

Please note that this suspension kit does not increase the weight-carrying capacity of your Sierra. It does provide progressive resistance, becoming more rigid as the load is increased, and will improve ride quality under load but not otherwise affect the ride of the empty vehicle.
