Bulldog Hitch Mounted Winch Mounting Plate Compatibility With Badland Apex 12K Winch

Question:

Looking and comparing receiver mounted winch mount and like the construction of the 2inch x 2inch 20011. My concern are the dimensions not being enough to accommodate the Badland Apex 12K. The published dimensions are: L 21 1/4 in. W 6 5/16 in. H 10 1/8 in. Just wondering if the height of the handles are tall enough to not interfere with the overall length. Also, where is the Bulldog # BDW20011 manufactured/made? Manufacturer website does not indicate. Thanks

You will not have fitment issues with the dimensions of your Badland Apex 12K winch. The Bulldog Winch Hitch Mounted Winch Mounting Plate with Handles # BDW20011 places the handles apart 26-5/8" so you will have approximately 5-3/8" left or 2-11/16" on each handle if your winch mounts are exactly centered on the mounting plate and left to right dimensions are the same on the Badland winch. The base is 8-5/16" wide which will give you 2" additional clearance on your Badland winch front to rear.

The mounting plate is manufactured in China.
